1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cashual, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Cashual is a personal financial management application that allows users to track transactions, manage budgets, set savings goals, track debts, and optionally use AI-powered financial insights.

Cashual is not a bank, financial advisor, or regulated financial institution. It is a tool for tracking and visualizing personal finances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Cashual.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Cashual offers three subscription plans: Solo ($4.99/mo), Dúo ($8.99/mo), and Pro ($14.99/mo). Annual plans are available at a discount. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period end. Manage your subscription in the App Store or Google Play.

6. AI Features

AI features are optional (opt-in) and can be revoked at any time. AI responses are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.

7. No Financial Advice

Cashual provides tools for tracking and visualizing your finances. It does not provide financial advice. Consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for backing up your data using the export feature.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for illegal activities, access others' data without authorization, interfere with service operation, or reverse-engineer the application.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cashual and CURTY DIGITAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss or financial decisions made based on the service.

11. Intellectual Property

Cashual and all related intellectual property are owned by CURTY DIGITAL LLC. The Appwrite backend is open-source under its respective license.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Third-Party Services

Cashual uses Appwrite, RevenueCat, Sentry, and Google Gemini/OpenRouter. These services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri, without prejudice to applicable statutory consumer rights.
